เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ ๒๒ ธันวาคม ๒๕๖๕ เวลา ๑๑.๐๐ น. นายอิทธิพล คุณปลื้ม รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ร่วมพิธีลงนามโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างรัฐบาลแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยกับรัฐบาลแห่งสาธารณรัฐอินเดียระหว่างปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ – ๒๕๗๐ กับ H.E. Mr. G. Kishan Reddy รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมแห่งสาธารณรัฐอินเดีย ผ่านระบบทางไกล โดยมีเอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐอินเดียประจำประเทศไทย นางยุถิกา อิศรางกูร ณ อยุธยา รองปลัดกระทรวงวัฒนธรรม นายประสพ เรียงเงิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย ผู้แทนจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน ณ หอศิลป์ร่วมสมัยราชดำเนิน เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองในโอกาสครบรอบ ๗๕ ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างประเทศไทยกับสาธารณรัฐอินเดีย ทั้งนี้ โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมฯ จะส่งเสริมความร่วมมือ และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างประเทศไทยกับสาธารณรัฐอินเดียให้เป็นรูปธรรมมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมทั้งเสริมสร้างให้ประชาชนของทั้งสองฝ่ายมีความเข้าใจด้านวัฒนธรรมระหว่างกัน และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการขยายผลทางการค้า การลงทุน และการท่องเที่ยวระหว่างสองฝ่าย
The signing ceremony of the Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Republic of India for the Years 2022-2027 On Thursday 20 December 2022 at 11.00 a.m., H.E. Itthiphol Khunpluem, Minister of Culture of the Kingdom of Thailand and H.E. Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of Culture of the Republic of India virtually signed the Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Republic of India for the Years 2022-2027. The ceremony was witnessed by the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Thailand, Mrs. Yuthika Isarangkura, Deputy Permanent Secretary, the Ministry of Culture and Mr. Prasop Riangngoen, Director – General, the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant agencies at Ratchademnoen Contemporary Art Center. The CEP is to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relation between Thailand and the Republic of India and is deemed as a success to promote the cultural cooperation and exchange between Thailand and the Republic of India to a concrete manner as well as to strengthen the understanding between the peoples of the two countries and provides good opportunities to enhance more bilateral cooperation on trade, investment and tourism.
